Qualifications or Performance:1. Bidders should have independent legal personality;
If the bidder is a manufacturer, they should have a medical device production license; If the bidder is an agent, they shall provide a valid medical device product business license or business registration certificate (if required) in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices;
3. Bidders shall provide the medical device registration certificate (if there are attachments, please provide attachments) or product filing form (if necessary) of the equipment they bid for in accordance with the "Management Measures for Medical Device Registration and Filing";
4. If the medical research equipment being tendered belongs to the catalog of measuring instruments (type approval section) managed by the state in accordance with the law, a type approval certificate for measuring instruments must be provided; If the medical research equipment being tendered belongs to disinfection products, a hygiene and safety evaluation report or hygiene license approval (if required) for the disinfection products must be provided;
5. The bidder is the manufacturer or agent of the product being bid on, and the agent bidding must have an authorization letter or agency certificate issued by the manufacturer. Only one agent is allowed to participate in the bidding for the same brand;
6. Bidders who have accumulated more than two invalid questioning records within the past six months and more than three invalid questioning records within the past year, as determined by the competent department, are not eligible to bid;
