1.更正公告为原采购公告、原采购文件不可分割的部分，原采购公告、原采购文件相应条款与本公告有不一致之处，以本公告为准。请供应商务必按照更正后的内容编制投标/响应文件，本公告发布，视同书面通知所有潜在供应商。

1、采购文件获取方式提醒：在线获取。供应商应从广东省政府采购网（https://gdgpo.czt.gd.gov.cn/）上广东政府采购智慧云平台（以下简称“云平台”）的政府采购供应商入口进行免费注册后，登录进入项目采购系统完成项目投标登记并在线获取招标文件（未按上述方式获取招标文件的供应商，其投标资格将被视为无效）。

远程开标提醒：

（1）由云平台进行自动在线签到及在线解密，不需要委派代表前往开标/唱价现场，不需要到现场提交纸质或电子光盘投标/报价文件。

（2）开标/唱价会，留意并进入云平台“开标大厅”右侧的“开标消息”栏目。

（3）开标/唱价时，供应商应当使用编制本项目（采购包）电子投标/报价文件时加密所用数字证书开始解密，解密时限具体情况根据开标时现场代理机构人员设置为准。投标/报价人不按要求进行解密，视为无效投标/报价。因技术问题导致在规定的时间内无法解密的，可以通过特殊通道上传备用的电子投标/报价文件，投标/报价人需保证上传的备用电子投标/报价文件与加密的电子投标/报价文件版本一致（即两份文件为投标客户端同时生成）。

（4）云平台操作过程中如有相关问题可通过广东省政府采购网（http://gdgpc.czt.gd.gov.cn）下载操作手册查询，或通过云平台公布的在线客服、微信/QQ群、专线电话等方式咨询。

（5）请投标/报价人按“远程开标”有关要求，在投标/报价截止时间前上传加密的电子投标/报价文件，未按要求上传的将视为自动放弃投标/报价。

（6）在开标/唱价截止时间前，请各投标/报价人核实并确认填写授权代表的姓名与手机号码，若因填写的授权代表信息有误而导致的不良后果，由供应商自行承担。
