3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1)The bidder must be the equipment manufacturer or an authorized agent. If the manufacturer bids directly, no authorization letter is required. If the agent bids, a valid and legally binding authorization letter from the manufacturer must be provided (second-level authorization is acceptable).
2)If the submitted product belongs to the second or third category of medical devices, the bidder shall provide the legally valid and within the validity period of the "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China" in China;
3)If the bidder is the manufacturer of the product, the Medical Device Production License must be provided;
4)If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the submitted product and the product falls under Class II medical devices, the bidder must possess a filing certificate for Class II medical device operations (such as the "Class II Medical Device Business Enterprise Filing Certificate" or business license containing relevant provisions for Class II medical device operations/sales). For products classified as Class III medical devices, the bidder must hold a "Medical Device Business License" for Class III devices.
5)Bidders shall provide a credit certificate (original or copy) issued by the bank where the basic account is opened within 3 months prior to the bid opening date. Note: Copies of the above-mentioned supporting documents must be provided.
6)The bidder must register on the electronic trading platform for mechanical and electrical products bidding, pass the valid annual inspection, and obtain the bidding documents from the bidding agency.
