Name, quantity and main technical specifications of the tendered goods: 1 set of Positron Emission Magnetic Resonance Imaging System (see Chapter 8 of the Tendering Documents for details).

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) Registered within the territory of the People"s Republic of China and having the status of an independent legal entity (provide a copy of the business license or the legal entity certificate of public institution, with an official seal affixed). For enterprises in special industries such as insurance, finance, telecommunications, and communications, they may, in light of the actual situation of the industry, provide a copy of the registration certificate of a branch (non-independent legal entity) and the relevant certification materials for the exclusive authorization from the superior parent company (with an official seal affixed).
(2) In accordance with the Notice on Joint Disciplinary Actions Against Persons Subject to Enforcement for Breaching Trust in Tendering and Bidding Activities jointly issued by nine ministries and commissions including the Supreme People"s Court, bidders shall not be persons subject to enforcement for breaching trust. The tenderer (tendering agency) will inquire about the bidder"s trust-breaking information on the day of bid opening (subject to the inquiry results on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) on the day of bid opening). If a bidder is a person subject to enforcement for breaching trust, the bid evaluation committee will reject its bid. If the inquiry cannot be conducted due to force majeure on the day of bid opening and cannot be resumed immediately, a post-inquiry may be conducted on the successful bid candidate during the public notice period of the successful bid. If the successful bid candidate is a person subject to enforcement for breaching trust, the tenderer will cancel its qualification for winning the bid in accordance with the law.
(3) Entities that have a stake with the tenderer which may affect the fairness of the tender shall not participate in the bidding of this project. Different entities with the same legal representative, or with a controlling or management relationship, shall not participate in the bidding of this tender project at the same time.
(4) For suppliers being medical device manufacturers: Manufacturers of Class II and Class III medical devices shall provide the Medical Device Manufacturing License; manufacturers of Class I medical devices shall provide the filing certificate for the manufacture of Class I medical devices. For suppliers being medical device distributors: Distributors of Class III medical devices shall provide the Medical Device Distribution License; distributors of Class II medical devices shall provide the filing certificate for the distribution of Class II medical devices.
(5) If an authorized agent participates in the bidding, the agent shall also submit the letter of authorization for this project issued by the manufacturer (or the domestic general agent).
(6) Imported products are allowed to participate in the bidding.
