3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1)Manufacturers should have experience in manufacturing similar equipment (single point laser transfer, laser welding, laser repair, etc.) and have sales performance. Manufacturers have agents or maintenance agencies in China that can provide long-term maintenance service guarantees for their products. From January 2015 to present, there must be at least one sales record of the same type of equipment with good user feedback (bidders need to provide contract or order performance proof in the bidding documents).(2) Once the bid is won, the bidder must first provide a prototype that meets the precision requirements of single-point laser repair. The prototype will be delivered within three months after the contract is signed and provided free of charge to the buyer for use. Two weeks after the formal equipment is put into use, the prototype will be returned to the bidder. The bidder is responsible for the round-trip transportation, installation, disassembly, commissioning, maintenance and insurance of the prototype, while the tenderer is responsible for providing the secondary configuration of the prototype. During the period when the prototype is in use at the tenderer"s factory, if it is damaged not due to the tenderer"s fault, the tenderer shall not be held responsible. (3) Once awarded the bid, the bidder must be a signatory to the contract for this project signed with the tenderer. If a bidder does not have the ability to sign a contract with the tenderer, its bid will be rejected. (Note: In a tender, the bidder must be the winner and sign the contract. It is not allowed for Party A to bid and Party B to sign the contract.)"
