3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1)The bidder must be either the manufacturer of the equipment or an authorized agent. If the manufacturer submits a bid directly, no authorization letter is required; if bidding as an agent, a legally valid authorization letter issued by the manufacturer must be provided (secondary authorization is acceptable).
2)For products classified as Class II medical devices, the bidder must provide proof of registration for Class II medical devices (either a "Class II Medical Device Business Registration Certificate" or a business license indicating authorization to operate or sell Class II medical devices).
3)For products classified as Class II medical devices, the bidder must provide a legally valid "Medical Device Registration Certificate" issued in China.
4) The bidder must be registered on the Mechanical and Electrical Product Bidding and Tendering Electronic Trading Platform, have a valid annual inspection, and purchase the bidding documents from the bidding agency. 5) The bidder shall provide a credit certificate issued by the bank holding their basic account within three months prior to the bid opening (either original or copy is acceptable). The bidder must include the corresponding valid supporting documents in the bid submission; failure to provide such documents or submission of non-compliant documents will result in bid rejection.
When obtaining the bidding documents, the following must be submitted: a company introduction letter, authorization letter from the company head, identification documents of the agent, the business license, and the manufacturer"s authorization letter (if bidding directly as the manufacturer, this is not required). Copies of all the above documents must be provided and officially stamped with the company seal.
