The project has met the conditions for tendering. 3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. Qualification Requirements: Any legal person or other organization from the People"s Republic of China or from any country (or region) that has normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China may participate in the bidding. Domestic bidders shall provide a copy of their valid business license, while overseas bidders shall provide a copy of their business registration certificate or other valid supporting documents.

2. If the bidder is a manufacturer outside the People"s Republic of China or an authorized agent of a foreign manufacturer, the manufacturer should have a permanent service institution or an entrusted agency in China that can provide timely and effective after-sales service (at the project location). Bidders must provide an introduction to the basic situation of the after-sales service institutions for ordinary ambulances, rescue command vehicles and transport vehicles, as well as a copy of the business license. If the after-sales service institution is an entrusted agency, a letter of authorization for after-sales service issued by the manufacturer must also be provided.

3. The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the goods being tendered (i.e., the manufacturer of ordinary ambulances, ambulance command vehicles, and transport vehicles) or the sole authorized agent. If the bidder is a manufacturer, it must provide a manufacturer qualification statement (original). For ordinary ambulances, rescue command vehicles and transport vehicles supplied by non-manufacturer bidders, the sole agency authorization of the manufacturer for this project must be obtained. Only one agency authorization is allowed for the same brand and model. Manufacturers participating in the bidding are not allowed to re-authorize agents; if the bidder is an agent, the bidder must provide the special product agency authorization letter issued by the manufacturer for the goods being tendered in this project (i.e., ordinary ambulances, rescue command vehicles, and transport vehicles) and the manufacturer"s after-sales service commitment letter.

(1) The products (ordinary ambulances, rescue command vehicles, and transport vehicles) proposed by the bidder must be the models listed in the "Announcement on Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturers and Products" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

(2) Bidders shall possess a Medical Device Business license (or the corresponding business filing certificate). The medical emergency instruments and equipment submitted by the bidders must comply with the national medical device management requirements. Medical devices of Class II and above must have a valid "Medical Device Registration Certificate".

4. Different units whose legal representatives are the same person or which have a controlling or management relationship shall not participate in the bidding of this project at the same time.

5. Credit Requirements:
