3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Legal persons or other organizations from the People"s Republic of China or countries/regions that have normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China are eligible to participate in the bid. Domestic bidders shall provide a copy of the valid business license (duplicate), and foreign bidders shall provide a copy of the business registration certificate or other valid supporting documents.
3.2 This project accepts bids from manufacturers or agents, but a manufacturer and its agent cannot participate in the bid for the same project simultaneously. If an agent participates in the bid, it shall provide a valid authorization letter issued by the manufacturer for the aircraft garbage truck (electric type) to be bid for this project. A manufacturer can only authorize one agent to participate in the bid, and the original of the valid authorization letter shall be provided.
3.3 The aircraft garbage truck (electric type) bid by the bidder must have the "Approval Certificate for Special Equipment of Civil Airports" or be a product with a normal announcement status in the "Civil Airport Special Equipment Information Management System" of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (provide the Approval Certificate for Special Equipment of Civil Airports or a screenshot of the Civil Airport Special Equipment Information Management System website).
3.4 The aircraft garbage truck (electric type) of the brand bid by the bidder shall have at least one sales record for domestic transport airports from January 1, 2020 to the bid deadline (subject to the contract signing date) (provide a copy of the complete contract).
3.5 If the bidder is a foreign manufacturer outside the People"s Republic of China, it shall have a resident service organization or entrust an agency in China, and be able to provide timely and effective after-sales service in the location of this project. If a foreign manufacturer authorizes an agent to bid, the manufacturer shall have a resident service organization or entrust an agency in China to provide after-sales service. The bidder shall provide an introduction to the after-sales service organization and a copy of its business license (if the after-sales service organization is an agency, a copy of the after-sales service authorization letter issued by the manufacturer shall be provided).
