The bidder is Xiamen Xingye Group Co., Ltd., the owner of Xiamen New Airport Project is Xiamen Xye Group Co., Ltd., the owner of Fuzhou Airport Phase II Expansion Project is Minyuan (Fuzhou) International Aviation Port Co., Ltd. the funds for the bidding project come from state-owned funds, and the investment ratio is 100%. 3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) Bidders must be legally registered legal persons or non-legal entities within the People"s Republic of China and provide a copy of their valid business license with the bidder"s official seal.
(2) Bidders must be the manufacturers of the proposed automatic jet bridge connection systems and provide a screenshot from the "Civil Aviation Special Equipment Information Management System (https://adeqpt.caac.gov.cn, hereinafter referred to as the "Management System") of the announcement directory for special equipment with unmanned or autonomous driving functions for passenger jet bridges (the screenshot should show the "manufacturer name", product name, unmanned driving performance, and the date information of the computer system at the time of the screenshot. Failure to provide a screenshot as required or unclear information in the screenshot will result in disqualification of the bid), and affix the bidder"s official seal.
(3) Bidders must hold a valid first-class professional contracting qualification for building mechanical and electrical installation issued by the construction administrative department and a valid safety production license issued by the construction administrative department; bidders must provide copies of the corresponding certificates with the bidder"s official seal.
(4) If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the movable end of the jet bridges purchased for Xiamen New Airport and the Phase II Expansion Project of Fuzhou Changle International Airport, the bidder must obtain written approval from the original manufacturer (with the original manufacturer"s official seal).
(5) Two or more legal persons with the same legal representative, parent companies, wholly-owned subsidiaries, and their holding companies are not allowed to bid simultaneously. (6) Creditworthiness Requirements: Bidders must not be listed as seriously untrustworthy or untrustworthy executors on "Credit China" (website: https://www.creditchina.gov.cn) or "China Enforcement Information Publicity Network" (website: http://zxgk.court.gov.cn).
