Overview:The existing profile gauge installed in the 4200mm plate mill shall be scrapped and replaced, while its radioactive source and radioactive source tank will be kept for reuse. The existing equipment, which has served for 18 years, was originally installed in Luojing plant, and then reinstalled at the exit of the finishing mill in Zhanjiang Iron & Steel to measure the thickness and flatness of steel plates. It is an important on-line measuring device for controlling the steel plate rolling parameters of this production line.
