3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:The bidder (manufacturer) must provide the sales performance of products with a production capacity of ≥5400t/h (semi-mobile crushing stations, heavy-duty plate feeders, and mobile belt conveyors) in the past ten years (from January 2015 to the bid submission deadline). A copy of the contract must be provided, at least including the first page of the contract, the equipment parameter page, and the signed and stamped page,and a proof of operation must also be provided.
2. The bidder (manufacturer) must have sales performance and list of products with a production capacity of ≥5400t/h (semi-mobile crushing stations, heavy-duty plate feeders, and mobile belt conveyors) in the past ten years (from January 2015 to the bid submission deadline) Please attach relevant supporting documents (the documents should at least include the contract time of the equipment, the date of manufacture, the date of production start, the user name, address, contact person, contact information, etc.).
3. Bidders shall provide at least one positive feedback from users with the official seal (for domestic users) or signature (for overseas users) in the tender documents for products with a production capacity of ≥5400t/h in the past ten years (from January 2015 to the tender closing date), including semi-mobile crushing stations, heavy-duty plate feeders, and mobile belt conveyors.
4. Domestic bidders: 1) Provide a valid business license; 2) Provide a valid industry operation license certificate (if required by the state); Overseas bidders: 1) Provide valid enterprise registration certificates; 2) Provide valid industry operation license certificates (if required by the state).
