3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1)The bidder must be the manufacturer of the equipment or an authorized agent. If the bidder is a manufacturer, the letter of authorization is not required; if the bidder is an agent, a valid letter of authorization authorized by the manufacturer (secondary authorization is acceptable) must be provided.
2) If the product is classified as Class III medical device, a Medical Device Production (Operation) Enterprise License should be provided; if the product is classified as Class II medical device, a filing certificate for Class II medical devices (either the Filing Certificate for Class II Medical Device Operation Enterprises or a business license that includes relevant content for operating or selling Class II medical devices) should be provided.
3) If the product is a second or third class medical device, a valid Medical Device Registration Certificate in China shall be provided.
4) The bidder must register on the electronic trading platform for bidding of mechanical and electrical products, pass the annual inspection effectively, and purchase the bidding documents from the tendering agency.
5) The bidder shall provide the credit certificate issued by the bank where the basic account is opened within 3 months prior to the bid opening (the original or copy is acceptable).
The bidder shall provide the corresponding valid supporting documents in the bidding documents. If there is no supporting document or the supporting document does not meet the requirements, the bid will be rejected.
When obtaining the bidding documents, provide letter of introduction of the unit, letter of authorization of the person in charge of the unit, identity certificate of the agent, business license of the enterprise, and manufacturer"s letter of authorization (if the manufacturer directly bids, no need to provide). All the above materials should be provided with copies and fresh seals.
