3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:The bidder shall register the relevant legal documents of the enterprise in the place of registration, and shall also possess 1) a maintenance license issued by CAAC and 2) a maintenance license issued by EASA or FAA. The signing party of the contract shall be consistent with the executing party of the repair service. If the bidder is registered within the territory of the People"s Republic of China, they must meet the following requirements:
① Legal entities or other organizations with independent capacity to bear civil liability [provide valid business licenses];
② Having a good record of lawfully paying taxes and social security funds; Provide relevant proof materials (copies of tax payment certificates or original bank transfer vouchers or other materials) for the lawful payment of taxes and social security funds in any month since 2025.
