3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:*Performance requirements: This bidding requires bidders to have sales performance of at least 2 engine bench testing systems similar to the equipment purchased in this project within the past 3 years (from January 1, 2022 to the date of bid opening, and the performance recognition time shall be subject to the contract signing date), with a single project contract amount of not less than RMB 4.5 million. The sales performance contract content must include at least the dynamometer system of the engine (maximum absorption power of the dynamometer is 500kW or more), fuel consumption meter system, and circulating cooling water system (the manufacturer of the above equipment in the performance should be the same manufacturer as the equipment provided by the supplier in this quotation). Provide copies or screenshots of performance corresponding contracts and other supporting materials in the bidding documents during the bidding process. If the contract documents cannot reflect the specific characteristics of the above project, relevant supplementary supporting materials such as technical agreements need to be provided.

1. 2. Qualification requirements:
2.1 The bidder must be the manufacturer of the dynamometer system equipment for this procurement and does not accept bids from agents.
2.2 Bidders shall obtain ISO9001 (GB/T19001) quality management system certification and ISO14001 (GB/T24001) environmental management system certification, and provide a copy of the certification certificate within the validity period in the bidding documents.
3. Other requirements: Bidders must provide a letter of credit commitment in the bidding documents.
