3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. Bidders must have a first-class qualification for general contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering construction, and have a valid safety production license.
2. The proposed project manager is required to hold a Level 1 Construction Engineer Registration Certificate in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and a Class B Certificate for "Category III Personnel" (within its validity period).
3. We plan to assign full-time safety production management personnel to the construction site, who hold a Class C certificate for "Class III Personnel" (within the validity period).
4. Since January 1, 2020 (subject to the signing date of the Owner in the project completion acceptance data), the bidder has completed the construction, expansion or reconstruction of a single rainwater and sewage pump station with a scale of no less than 200000 tons/day or no less than 50000 tons/day in Chinese Mainland, and the process and automatic control equipment supply and installation performance with a single contract amount of no less than 20 million yuan (or equivalent foreign currency) [Note: ① The performance of the consortium and subcontracting is not recognized; ② The performance of PPP projects (including BOT, BT, TOT and other projects) or EPC projects won by the bidder is not recognized; ③ For civil engineering and equipment general contracting contracts, bidders need to split and provide a list of equipment and amounts that can meet performance requirements for review by the judges. If there is an inability to determine, it will be evaluated as unfavorable to the bidder.
Note: For performance, copies of the contract and completion acceptance report (requiring signatures and seals from the design unit, supervision unit, construction unit, and construction unit) must be provided (original copies for future reference). If the contract and acceptance materials do not reflect or prove the scale, government department project feasibility study or preliminary design approval documents or filing documents must be provided; Performance without providing the above proof materials will not be recognized.
5. Any deviation from the terms stated in the first volume of the bidding documents that may result in the rejection of the bid will result in the rejection of the bid.
