3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:as follows
3.1 The bidder must be a manufacturer with independent legal personality;
3.2 Have good business reputation and sound financial and accounting system, with no bad record in previous projects;
3.3 Through inquiries on the "zxgk.court.gov.cn", the bidder (including branches without legal personality) shall not be listed as "dishonest defendants" by the people"s court and there shall be no "final case";
3.4 Through inquiries on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn), the bidder is not included in the list of untrustworthy enforceees, parties to major tax violation cases;
3.5 Must accept and meet the requirements of Doublestar for products or services, and sign the contract text provided by DoubleStar;
3.6 To have corresponding production qualification of manufacturing experience in bidding products;
3.7 ISO9001 quality management system certification, perfect after-sales service, spare parts supply system and timely technical support ability, and promise the service response time;
3.8 Products or services shall not be subcontract in any form.
