3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Within the three years prior to participating in the procurement activity (from October 13, 2022, to the present), there must be no record of major legal violations in business operations (for this purpose, bidders must provide a written statement confirming no major legal violations in business operations during the three years prior to participating in the procurement activity.
