3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder shall be an independent legal entity or other organization with legal operating qualifications; 2) If the bidder is a manufacturer of the bidding goods, he shall provide the "Medical Device Manufacturing License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Registration Certificate for Class I Medical Devices" in accordance with relevant national regulations; if the bidder is a business enterprise engaged in sales, he shall provide the "Medical Device Operation Enterprise License of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Record Certificate for Class II Medical Device Operation" in accordance with relevant national regulations. The bidder"s production or business scope shall be consistent with the relevant national permits;3) The bidding goods shall have the "Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China" or the "Record Certificate for Class I Medical Devices" valid as of the bid submission deadline;4) The bidder shall be a manufacturer specialized in producing the required equipment for this bidding, or an authorized agent;5) The model provided by the bidder shall have users installed in China;6) Within three years prior to participating in the government procurement, the bidder shall have no major violations in its business activities;7) The bidder shall not be listed on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) as a dishonest person subject to enforcement, or on the list of parties involved in major tax violations, nor on the list of serious illegal and dishonest acts in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn).
