Qualifications or Performance:1. The bidder shall be an independent legal person or other organization that complies with the provisions of the Bidding Law of the People"s Republic of China;
2. The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the bidding product or its legal agent. The agent bidding shall provide the formal authorization of the manufacturer of the bidding product for this project;
3. The bidder must complete effective registration on the electronic trading platform for bidding and tendering of electromechanical products recognized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People"s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the electromechanical product trading platform, website: https://www.chinabidding.com) before the deadline for submission of bids;
4. Legal entities or other organizations that have been commissioned to provide services such as overall design, specification drafting, project management, supervision, or inspection during the project"s initial phase shall not participate in the bidding for the entrusted project, nor shall they prepare bidding documents or offer consultation to the project"s bidders;
