Qualifications or Performance:(1)The bidder shall be an independent legal person registered within the territory of the People"s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).
(2)Since January 1, 2020 (subject to the contract signing date), the bidder shall have undertaken at least one domestic metro automatic fare collection system project, with a single contract amount of not less than RMB 20 million or equivalent foreign currency. The contract shall be provided, and consortium performance is not included.
(3)Consortium bidding is not accepted.
