Overview:The "Xuelong 2" is China"s first independently built polar scientific research icebreaker, which was put into use in 2019. It adopts the world"s first bi-directional icebreaking technology between the bow and stern of the ship, which can continuously break ice and navigate in an environment of 1.5 meters thick ice and 0.2 meters of snow, and achieve 360 degree free rotation in the polar region, greatly improving maneuverability and scientific research capabilities. The ship is designed with a displacement of approximately 13990 tons and a maximum endurance of 20000 nautical miles, meeting the requirements for navigation in both unlimited and polar sea areas.We are currently procuring propeller blades, with a quantity of 4 pieces.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) If the main goods (specifically the propeller blades of "Xuelong 2" in this project) submitted by the bidder are not manufactured by the bidder themselves, the bidder shall obtain the manufacturer"s formal authorization to provide the goods in this bid.
(2) The original or photocopy of the bidder"s 2024 financial audit report or credit certificate issued by the opening bank within three months prior to the bid opening date.
(3) The bidder has no significant illegal records in their business activities within the three years prior to participating in this procurement activity.
(4) Bidders shall submit their bids on the electronic trading platform for mechanical and electrical product bidding before the deadline specified in the bidding documents( http://www.chinabidding.com )Successfully registered. Otherwise, bidders will not be able to enter the bidding process and will be responsible for any consequences arising therefrom.
