Overview:Due to the production needs of the port, Ningbo Zhoushan Port has issued a tender for the procurement of eight automated rubber-tired gantry cranes, including two hybrid-powered rubber-tired gantry cranes and six electric-powered rubber-tired gantry cranes. These eight rubber-tired gantry cranes will be installed at the corresponding yards of Ningbo Meishan Island International Container Terminals Co., Ltd.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Submit the first volume of the bidding documents, including all documents specified in Article 13.3 that demonstrate the bidder"s ability to fulfill the contract after winning the bid;
3.2 Comply with the relevant technical standards of the People"s Republic of China;
3.3 Specific Qualifications of the Bidder:
3.3.1 The bidder must be the manufacturer or authorized agent of the equipment for this tender. For agent bids, a unique authorization letter from the manufacturer for this project must be provided. The bid documents must include a valid copy of the business license with the official seal affixed;
3.3.2 The manufacturer of the bidding equipment shall possess the qualifications and capability to design and manufacture the equipment in question, and the bidding documents shall include a notarized copy of the valid special equipment production license.
3.3.3 The manufacturer of the bid equipment shall have a track record of designing, manufacturing, and selling at least 5 or more tire-mounted container gantry cranes with remote automated control, with a lifting capacity (under the hoisting device) ≥40 tons, from January 1, 2022 (based on the contract signing date) to the present. The bid documents shall include a list of the aforementioned performance records, copies of key pages from the performance contracts (including the contract cover page, signed and stamped pages, and contract content reflecting the crane specifications), as well as acceptance certificates (or invoices) bearing the official seal.
3.4 According to the "Notice on Joint Sanctions Against Dishonest Judgment Debtors in Bidding Activities" issued by the Supreme People"s Court and eight other departments, bidders must not be dishonest judgment debtors. The tendering party (tendering agency) will verify the bidder"s dishonesty information (specifically, the verification shall be based on the "Credit China" website www.creditchina.gov.cn on the day of the bid opening). If the bidder is identified as a dishonest judgment debtor, the bid evaluation committee shall reject the bid. If verification is impossible due to force majeure on the bid opening day and cannot be restored temporarily, post-bid verification of the winning candidate may be conducted during the winning bid announcement period. If the winning candidate is found to be a dishonest judgment debtor, the tendering party shall cancel its winning qualification in accordance with the law.
3.5 Different entities with the same responsible person or those under the same control or management relationship shall not participate in the bidding for the same project. The bidding documents must include proof of equity ownership.
