Workshop span: 36 meters
Source of Funds:The project is self-funded with all capital secured
Description of The Prepared Bidding Conditions:The procurement project for the 30-ton vacuum consumable arc furnace has been approved, and the funding is secured.The bidding entity for this project is Shanghai Electric SHMP Casting & Forging Co., Ltd., and all conditions for bidding have been met.

？Overseas bidders: Registration certificates or equivalent legal documents.
？Conflict restriction: No simultaneous bids from:
√ Entities with identical legal representatives
√ Parent/subsidiary/affiliated companies
√ Organizations with asset-related connections.
2. Manufacturer Requirement
？Bidders must be the equipment manufacturers; otherwise, bids will be rejected.
3. After-Sales Service Network
Must maintain a manufacturer-authorized service center network in mainland China with valid proof.
4.Bidders shall possess professional and reliable design and manufacturing capabilities. They must provide documentation on engineering design, manufacturing scope, business scope, and performance records of similar equipment, as well as evidence of the equipment"s production output for the target products. (Bidders shall submit key contract pages as proof of performance.)
5. Liability & Commitment
？Bidder assumes full responsibility for design, manufacturing, installation, and performance of equipment (submit Letter of Qualification Commitment).
6. Compliance Record
？No penalties for safety/quality/service issues from government authorities (Jan 1, 2022 - bid deadline).
？Must demonstrate financial, technical, and operational capabilities.
