Overview:Since 2009, China"s polar scientific research has been equipped with a Ka-32 helicopter with strong transportation support capabilities, named "Xueying 102". The Ka-32 helicopter is a twin engine general-purpose helicopter designed and developed by the Russian Kamov Helicopter Company. It is equipped with two gas turbine engines and has coaxial counter rotor twin rotors. It has strong wind resistance and can be used in forest aviation firefighting, urban firefighting, search and rescue, complex high-rise building installation, and offshore operations. This procurement includes equipment for the K-32 helicopter. Including: engine power indicator, APU fuel regulating pump, flight control computer, and self driving control box.

Qualifications or Performance:(1) If the goods tendered by the bidder are not manufactured by the bidder themselves, the bidder shall obtain a formal authorization letter from the manufacturer agreeing to the provision of such goods in this tender.
(2) The bidder"s 2024 financial audit report or the original or photocopy of a credit certificate issued by the bank within three months prior to the bid opening date.
