3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder must be an independent legal entity.
2) If the bidder is a manufacturer, a valid medical device production license is required; if the bidder is an agent, a valid medical device distribution license or registration certificate must be provided in accordance with the applicable Medical Device Supervision and Administration Regulations (as required).
3) The bidder must provide a valid medical device registration certificate for the proposed equipment, or a product registration form in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Registration and Filing of Medical Devices (and any required appendix, if applicable).
4) The bidder must be either the manufacturer or authorized agent of the proposed product. If bidding as an agent, the bidder must submit an authorization letter or agency certificate issued by the manufacturer. Only one agent per brand is permitted to participate in the bid.
5) The bidder must not be listed as a discredited party, party of serious tax violations, government procurement violation record, or similar, as verified on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn).
