3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualification Requirement:1. If the bidder is an enterprise, they must submit a photocopy of a valid business license and must not violate national restrictions on operations, permits, or regulations prohibiting operations; 2. If the bidder is a legally permitted institutional unit, they must submit a photocopy of a valid institutional legal person certificate and organization code certificate; 3. The products and services being bid must comply with national and industry-related regulations and standards; 2. The bidder, equipment manufacturer, or a representative agency of the manufacturer in the country must possess a "Radiation Safety License" for the sale and use of Class II radiation devices at the time of bidding (the original and photocopy of the license must be provided in the bid), with the types and scope of activities under the copy including category "Class II" and activity type "Use", and the content must include a tube voltage of 600kV.
Contract Reference Requirement:The bidder or manufacturer shall provide a copy of the supply contract (with a list of main components) for at least 2 sets of dual-source dual-detector CT systems that have been accepted (before April 30, 2024) and have similar configurations to the project scheme both domestically and internationally since 2018 (with small focus radiation sources not less than 600 kV, micro focus sources not less than 225 kV, and detectors using digital flat panel detectors and line array detectors). If the supply contract cannot reflect the relevant content, a copy of the technical agreement can be supplemented Joint Venture Bids/Consortium:Acceptable,If bidding as a consortium, a consortium agreement must be provided.
