3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:Qualifications or achievements required for bidders:
1) The manufacturer of the bidding equipment must have experience in manufacturing similar equipment, enjoy a high reputation in the industry, and have no adverse operating records. The equipment being bid on must be brand new and mature products, not experimental ones;
2) This bidding process allows manufacturers or agents of the products being bid on to participate. If the products being bid on are not manufactured by the bidder, an authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the products must be provided.
3) From January 1, 2022, to the bid submission deadline (subject to the contract signing date), the bidder must have a proven track record of supplying at least one set of multifunctional demolition robots that have been in stable operation for one year or longer. This should be supported by the original copy of the performance contract (or a photocopy of the performance contract) and a user"s certification of use. If the contract does not reflect the above information, a photocopy of the technical agreement must also be provided. Additionally, the bidder must possess capabilities in debugging and after-sales service [providing a commitment letter (in a self-drafted format)]. Note: The bidder has the right to verify the authenticity of the performance provided by the bidder. If any false materials are found, the bidder"s qualification for winning the bid will be cancelled.
