Overview:This project is the third unwheeling repair (first batch) project for electric passenger trains of Tianjin Metro Line 9. Tianjin Metro Line 9 has a total of 48 electric passenger trains allocated to it. It officially commenced operations in March 2003, and it is estimated that 10 electric passenger trains will require unwheeling repair operations in 2025. The unwheeling repair operations for these 10 electric passenger trains will be completed between 2025 and 2026, and quality assurance services will be provided after passing the pre-acceptance inspection (the quality assurance period is 2 years after passing the pre-acceptance inspection, and it will be recalculated if major systemic issues arise). The bidding scope of the third unwheeling repair project (first batch) for Line 9 includes the third unwheeling repair of 10 electric passenger trains on Line 9, as well as related subsystem optimization and renovation operations, and resource recycling projects.
Source of Funds:The bidder has secured the necessary funding and will ensure the smooth implementation of all contracts under this project.

Qualifications or Performance:(1) Bidders must be legal entities or other organizations registered within the territory of the People"s Republic of China. (Two or more legal entities/other organizations with the same legal representative/person in charge, or those with a controlling or controlled relationship, or a management relationship, shall not participate in bidding for the same bid section or the same bidding project without divided bid sections.)
(2) If bidding as a consortium, the total number of leading parties and member parties in the consortium shall not exceed 2, and each party in the consortium shall not separately or participate in bidding for this project with other consortia. The leading party (sponsor) of the consortium shall be responsible for the design of the complete vehicle frame repair and complete vehicle modification. The consortium shall provide a consortium agreement specifying the contract tasks each party intends to undertake.
