The load finishing frequency of high-speed forging press presented by the bidder in their supply performance shall not be less than 100 times/minute.; (5)Due to the complexity of the project and high technical requirements, all bidders interested in the participation in this project shall contact the tenderee to carry out the technical exchanges and sign the technical appendices before the bid opening. The bidder who fails to sign the technical appendices will be rejected. The signature of the technical appendices must be completed under the organization of OBEI Co., Ltd.
