3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:The bidder shall be a goods manufacturer with independent legal person status, a sales company established in Chinese Mainland by the manufacturer, or an agent. The sales company and agent shall possess the original of the unique official authorization letter provided by the manufacturer and the original of the after-sales service commitment letter.
The bidder shall provide the financial audit report for the year 2024 (if the bidder has been established for less than the specified number of years, it shall provide a financial statement since its establishment or a credit certification document issued by its basic account bank).
From January 1, 2023, until the bid submission deadline (subject to the contract signing date), the bidder"s manufacturer (including agents) must have a minimum of five sales records of the same model of cone crusher equipment in Chinese Mainland or abroad (with a single processing capacity of the secondary crusher ≧ 1500t/h, feed particle size 0-250mm, and product particle size P95=75mm, with -20mm particles accounting for >40%). If the corresponding parameters are not reflected in the contract content, supporting documents such as technical agreements are also required. The sales company or agent may provide the performance of the same model equipment sold by the bidding agent manufacturer (or other agents) for this bid.
