1、Bidding Conditions
Overview:Hangzhou Metro Line 18 Phase I Project: The project starts at Xiaoshan Yiqiao Station and ends at Century Avenue Station, with a total length of 48.3 km and 19 stations (including Yongxuan Road Station as a reserved station). Among them, 15 stations are transfer stations, connecting with Lines 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 15, 17, 19, 20, and the Haining Line. The average station spacing is 2.66 km, with the minimum spacing of 1.423 km between Wenyan Station and Xiangbin Road Station, and the maximum spacing of 3.717 km between Fengshouhu Station and Yongxuan Road Station. The entire route is underground. The project includes one depot and one parking lot, namely Qiaosi Depot and Yiqiao Parking Lot, respectively. It will connect to the Qibao New (Second) Control Center. A total of 4 main substations are planned, including 2 newly built ones (Tieyicheng Main Substation and Tieyatai Main Substation) and 2 shared ones (Line 6 Tiechengyuan Main Substation and Line 3 Tiehuah Main Substation).

Line 18 runs through the north and south of Hangzhou, connecting Linping Sub city, the central urban area, and the southern region of Xiaoshan. It is a north-south urban express line that passes through the central city. It can achieve rapid connection between the north and south wings and the central urban area, and after transferring with Line 19 (express line), form the basic framework of Hangzhou urban express line.
The supply scope of this project includes automatic ticketing system equipment materials, spare parts, software, specialized maintenance tools, technical data, and ancillary facilities for 1 line convergence node, 19 stations, 3 existing line transfer stations, 1 testing center, 1 maintenance center, 1 training center, etc; And the equipment related to the central access and relocation of four lines (lines 5/7/16/19).
