Overview:Since 2019, China"s polar scientific research has been equipped with the AW169 helicopter, named "Xueying 301". The "Snow Eagle 301" helicopter is equipped with original technologies such as a fully integrated digital touchscreen glass cockpit, a variable speed rotor system, and a left engine APU mode. The helicopter has strong power and excellent wind resistance. It is specially designed for ship borne missions with a rotor folding system and a strong wind mooring system. It is equipped with a main landing gear anti sinking sled and necessary buoys and life rafts for sea flight. The neat and comfortable cabin can carry up to 10 people, and can perform tasks such as personnel air commuting, cargo lifting, iceberg identification, and air rescue in polar exploration. The purchased items are for the AW169 helicopter.

Qualifications or Performance:(1) If the goods submitted by the bidder are not manufactured by the bidder themselves, the bidder shall obtain a formal authorization letter from the manufacturer or authorized agent of the manufacturer to provide the goods in this bid.
(2) The original or photocopy of the bidder"s 2024 financial audit report or credit certificate issued by the opening bank within three months prior to the bid opening date.
(3) The bidder has no significant illegal records in their business activities within the three years prior to participating in this procurement activity.
