3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:*1) For overseas bidders, relevant certificates of registration in the place of business according to the laws of that country (region). *2) For domestic bidders, a business license of an enterprise legal person must be provided. *3) Bidders should submit a configuration list of the tendered equipment. *4) Bidders must be the manufacturers of the tendered products. *5) Bidders must provide the original of the credit certificate issued by their opening bank within three months before the bid - opening date or a scanned copy of the original (if the credit certificate clearly states that copying is invalid, the original credit certificate must be provided, and the tendering agency reserves the right to review the original). If the bidder is an enterprise registered in China, it should also provide the account - opening permit issued by the People"s Bank of China (scanned copy with official seal) or the basic account information shown in the bank credit certificate (original), or basic deposit account information (bank format or bank seal), or bank - filed seal card (scanned copy with official seal), or application for opening a unit bank settlement account (scanned copy with official seal), or other supporting materials. *6) Bidders must provide performance of cumulative sales of no less than 50 units/sets of the tendered products from January 1, 2022 to the bid - closing date (the main body of the sales performance must be the bidder). Provide a list of sales performance contracts of the tendered products and key pages of the contracts. The scanned copies of the key pages of the contracts are used as supporting materials, including but not limited to the first page of the contract, the procurement content page, and the pages stamped by both parties.
