Qualifications or Performance:*1) For overseas bidders, relevant certificates of registration in the place of business according to the laws of that country (region). *2) For domestic bidders, a business license of an enterprise legal person should be provided. *3) Bidders should submit the configuration list of the equipment to be bid. *4) Bidders must be the manufacturers of the products to be bid. *5) Bidders must provide the original letter of credit issued by their opening bank within three months before the bid opening date or a scanned copy of the original (if the letter of credit clearly states that copying is invalid, the original letter of credit must be provided, and the tendering agency reserves the right to review the original). If the bidder is an enterprise registered in China, it should also provide the bank account opening permit issued by the People"s Bank of China (scanned copy with official seal) or the bank letter of credit showing the basic account information (original) or the basic deposit account information (bank format or bank seal) or the bank - filed seal card (scanned copy with official seal) or the application for opening a unit bank settlement account (scanned copy with official seal) or other supporting materials. *6) Bidders must provide the performance of cumulative sales of no less than 150 sets of the products to be bid from January 1, 2022 to the bid deadline (the main body of the sales performance must be the bidder).
