3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. This Tender is open to both Manufacturers and Authorized Agents. In the event that the goods and services offered under this Bid are not manufactured or directly provided by the Bidder, the Bidder shall be required to furnish an exclusive Letter of Authorization issued by the original manufacturer, specifically authorizing the Bidder to supply the said goods and services for this Tender.
2. The goods supplied by the Bidder shall hold the Helicopter"s Type Certificate (TC) issued by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) or Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) or other airworthiness authorities.
3. If the Type Certificate (TC) of the goods provided by the Bidder is issued by a foreign airworthiness authority, it shall hold a Validation of Type Certificate (VTC) issued by Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) or commit to obtain it prior to the contract signing.
