Qualifications or Performance:(1) If products provided by the bidder in accordance with the Contract are not made by the bidder, then the bidder shall submit the original copy of certificate of formal authorization provided by the manufacturer . The authorization from a representative office, an office or a branch that does not have the capability of assuming independently civil liability will not be accepted.
