3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. The bidder has a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of mechanical and electrical engineering construction, and has a valid safety production license. A copy of the qualification certificate should be provided.
2. The bidder intends to appoint a project manager with a Level 2 or above Construction Engineer Registration Certificate in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and a Class B Certificate for "Category III Personnel";
3. Propose to assign full-time safety production management personnel to the construction site, with a Class C certificate for "Class III Personnel";
4. Since January 1, 2020 (the time shall be subject to the signing time), the bidder has undertaken at least one integrated pump station supply performance in Chinese Mainland with a contract amount of no less than 2 million yuan (or equivalent foreign currency). Provide a copy of the contract and keep the original for future reference.
5. Provide an authorization letter from the integrated pump station equipment manufacturer for this project during bidding.
6. Any deviation from the terms stated in the first volume of the bidding documents that may result in the rejection of the bid will result in the rejection of the bid.
