3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) For overseas bidders: Relevant certificates of registration in the place of business in accordance with the laws of the country (region); 2) For domestic bidders: Business license of enterprise legal person shall be provided; 3) Bidders shall submit the configuration list of the equipment for bidding; 4) Bidders must be the manufacturers of the products for bidding; 5) Bidders shall provide the original letter of credit reference issued by their opening bank within three months before the bid opening date, or a scanned copy of the original (if the letter of credit reference clearly states that copies are invalid, the original letter of credit reference must be provided; the tendering agency reserves the right to verify the original). If the bidder is an enterprise registered within the People"s Republic of China, it shall also provide the bank account opening permit issued by the People"s Bank of China (scanned copy with official seal affixed), or the bank credit certificate showing basic account information (original original), or basic deposit account information (in bank format or with bank seal), or bank registered seal card (scanned copy with official seal affixed), or application form for opening a corporate bank settlement account (scanned copy with official seal affixed), or other supporting materials; 6) Bidders shall provide the performance of having sold no less than 50 units/sets of the products for bidding in total in the past 3 years (from January 1, 2022 to the bid submission deadline) (the main body of the sales performance shall be the bidder). A list of sales performance contracts for the products for bidding and key pages of the contracts shall be provided, and scanned copies of the key pages of the contracts shall be used as supporting materials, including but not limited to the front page of the contract, the page specifying the procurement content, and the page with seals of both parties.
