(3)If the bidder is an agent, it must obtain from the manufacturer of the bid goods a manufacturer"s authorization letter for the equipment of this project, or a document that can prove the legal agency relationship between the bidder and the manufacturer.(only addapted for brand new equipment)(4)The bidder must complete the effective registration on the electronic trading platform for bidding and tendering of mechanical and electrical products (hereinafter referred to as the mechanical and electrical products trading platform, with the website address: http://www.chinabidding.com) recognized by the Ministry of Commerce of the People"s Republic of China before the bid deadline.(5)Consortium bids are not accepted for this project.
