Qualifications or Performance:1. Qualifications required for bidders: Bidders must be the manufacturers or agents of the bidding goods. If an agent participates in the bidding, it must also provide an authorization letter issued by the manufacturer.
2. This project does not accept bids from consortia.
3. Those who have not purchased the bidding documents are not allowed to participate in the bidding.
4. According to the "Notice on Implementing Joint Punishments for Discredited Judgment Defaulters in Bidding Activities" issued by the Supreme People"s Court and nine other departments, bidders (in the case of consortium bidding, referring to all parties of the consortium) shall not be discredited judgment defaulters. The tenderer (tendering agency) will conduct a credit check on the bidders (specifically subject to the credit information available on the "Credit China" website www.creditchina.gov.cn on the day of bid opening). If a bidder is found to be a discredited judgment defaulter, the bid evaluation committee will reject its bid. If, due to force majeure events, it is impossible to conduct the credit check on the day of bid opening and the check cannot be resumed immediately, an ex post facto credit check may be conducted on the bid-winning candidates during the bid-winning announcement period. If a bid-winning candidate is found to be a discredited judgment defaulter, the tenderer will cancel its bid-winning qualification in accordance with the law.
