3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1) Domestic bidders shall be independent legal entities that comply with the provisions of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People"s Republic of China;
2) The bidder shall have a supply performance of at least 3 similar bridge cranes and shall provide supporting materials such as copies of key pages of the contract;
3) If the bidder is an agent, they must obtain and provide a unique authorization letter issued by the manufacturer of the bidding goods for this project;
