3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:The bidder has a valid business license (domestic bidder) / business license certificate (overseas bidder), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required ;

Pack 1:Hydrogenation catalyst for section 1 of the cracked gasoline hydrogenation unit
From July 1, 2018 to 7 days before the deadline for submission of bidding documents (subject to the time of contract signing), the bidder has at least one performance of hydrogenation catalyst for section 1 of the cracked gasoline hydrogenation unit. ① The bidder must provide a scanned copy of the performance contract that includes the above information (including both parties "seals or signatures, project name, plant name, product name, catalyst model, and signing date). The content of the scanned copy must be clearly legible. If the performance proof materials provided by the bidder do not reflect the relevant information on the supply content page, technical agreements or technical attachments must be provided as valid proof. If non-Chinese version performance contract proof materials are provided, a corresponding Chinese translation is also required. ② The above performance must include operation certification materials issued by the user unit (indicating the name of the operating plant). If operation certification materials cannot be provided, a performance explanation of already put into operation, stamped with the bidder"s official seal or signed (refer to the performance explanation of already put into operation in the tender document format). Failure to meet these requirements or providing incomplete information will result in the performance being deemed invalid.
