3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1. Enterprises with independent legal personality and the ability to provide bidding goods.
2. Since January 1, 2020 (subject to the date of contract signing), the bidder has completed the supply of 200000 tons/day and above of equipment and materials for sewage treatment plant in Chinese Mainland, and has at least one similar performance with a single contract amount of 8 million yuan (foreign currency exchange rate is calculated based on the exchange rate on the date of contract signing).
Performance certification materials: Provide copies of the contract and completion acceptance documents, with the original copies for future reference. (If the performance requirements cannot be reflected in the contract, the original user certification documents must be provided and bound into the original).
3. Any deviation from the terms stated in the first volume of the bidding documents that may result in the rejection of the bid will lead to the invalidation of the bid.
