3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:(1) If products provided by the bidder in accordance with the Contract are not made by the bidder, then the bidder shall submit the original copy of certificate of formal authorization provided by the manufacturer . The authorization from a representative office, an office or a branch that does not have the capability of assuming independently civil liability will not be accepted. The same manufacturer can only entrust one agent to bid for goods of the same brand, and the manufacturer and its entrusted agent are not allowed to participate in the bidding at the same time.(See the International Competitive Bidding Document on Procurement of Mechanical and Electrical Products (Vol. I) for details on the format);
(2) A domestic bidder is required to submit his/her business license. (Copies shall be affixed with official seals. ); an overseas bidder is required to submit his/her registered certificate of location (copies affixed with official seals). If an overseas bidder does not have seals, the overseas bidder shall submit the registered certificate of location signed by his/her unit leader;
(3) Legal person"s certificate of authorization and authorized person"s identity certificate;
(4)Package 1: Within 3 years up to the bidding deadline, the bidder has no less than one set of sales performance of similar products, and shall provide copies of key pages of contracts or invoices or user acceptance certificates signed or stamped with the official seal of the bidder.
