Overview:This project includes one 12-ton Vacuum Consumable Electrode Arc Remelting (VAR) Furnace and one 30-ton Vacuum Consumable Electrode Arc Remelting (VAR) Furnace. The equipments shall be installed within the newly built VAR furnace workshop at Shanghai Electric SHMP Casting & Forging Co., Ltd. The workshop crane track elevation is 20 meters, and the span of the workshop is 36 meters. Detailed technical specifications and quantities are specified in Chapter 8: Technical Requirments of tender document.
Source of Funds:The project is self-funded with all capital secured.

2. Manufacturer Requirement

3. After-Sales Service Network
Must maintain a manufacturer-authorized service center network in mainland China with valid proof.
4. Technical Experience
？Manufacturer must have:
√ Experience in producing Vacuum Consumable Electrode Arc Remelting (VAR) Furnace
√ At least one verifiable sale record of identical equipment (submit contract/order copies as evidence).
5. Liability & Commitment
？Bidder assumes full responsibility for design, manufacturing, installation, and performance of equipment (submit Letter of Qualification Commitment).
