Qualifications or Performance:1. The bidder shall be the manufacturer or a holding subsidiary of the manufacturer. If the bidder is a company outside the customs territory of China, it must provide the registration materials of its location. If the bidder is a company within the customs territory of China, it must provide a valid business license of an enterprise legal person.
2. The bidder must have usage records of the tendered products (main products) both within and outside the territory of China, and provide relevant proof materials (copies of contracts and user certificates).
3. Bidders must provide the audited year-end financial statements for the year 2024.
4. A statement of having a spare parts warehouse for the products being tendered within the territory of the Chinese customs.

If the bidding product entrusts a third party to provide after-sales maintenance services, a power of attorney, the business license of the entrusted unit, the qualification certificate of the maintenance personnel and other materials must be provided.
