The main technical requirements:This project is a "turnkey" project. The bidder is responsible for the design, manufacture, transportation, unloading, positioning, installation, commissioning, training, acceptance, quality assurance, after-sales service and technical support of the project. In case of any conflict with the business contract, the business contract shall prevail. For detailed content, please refer to Chapter 8.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:★Bidder Qualification Requirements:
Bidders must submit qualification certificates that prove their ability to perform the contract after winning the bid (for details, please refer to the provisions of 13.3 in Chapter 1 of Volume 1 of the bidding documents). In addition to providing the qualification certificates as stipulated in 13.3 in Chapter 1 of Volume 1 of the bidding documents, bidders also need to provide the following documents:
Bidders must be independent legal persons or other organizations responding to the tender. Bidders within the territory of the Republic of China must provide a copy of their business license printed with the unified social credit code, and bidders outside the territory must provide a copy of their registration certificate. The bid evaluation committee reserves the right to review the original documents.
(2) This project does not accept alternative proposals, nor does it accept selective quotations or quotations with additional conditions.
(3) Bidders must provide the original or a copy of the credit certificate issued by their bank within three months prior to the bid opening date (the bid evaluation committee reserves the right to review the original).

The bidder should be the manufacturer or integrator of the goods and have provided no less than two sets of similar goods to automotive Oems or Tier1 suppliers in the past five years (based on the date of announcement release). When bidding, provide performance proof materials, including copies of valid contracts for performance projects and key pages of technical agreements (pages with the signing parties that can reflect the technical content, quantity and other relevant pages of the performance projects meeting the requirements of the bidding documents). The original documents are subject to verification.
Note: Bidders may provide two sets of similar performance records of "Power Software Control Parameter Calibration and Debugging Equipment" or two sets of similar performance records of "Chassis thermal Management Software Calibration Parameter Debugging Equipment", or one set of each of the above two types of equipment.
(7) The bidder or manufacturer shall have after-sales service institutions and maintenance capabilities within the territory of China, and provide information on the after-sales service institutions and personnel.
