3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:01:10. Supplier Qualification Conditions
10-1 The supplier must have relevant work experience in PLC control systems for automated production lines with a total contract amount of RMB 1 million or more in the past 3 years (April 2021 to April 2024). Please provide a copy of the contract and a specific job description, stamped with an official seal or signed by an authorized person
10-2 Suppliers should have the organizational and other related equipment control capabilities to successfully execute the overall plan.
10-2-1 Suppliers must have quality assurance for general products and self-produced/ordered products;
10-2-2 Suppliers should have their own trial operation capabilities, testing/measuring equipment for acceptance, etc;
10-2-3 suppliers should have the ability to organize after-sales service operations and reserve supply organizations;
10-2-4 must possess the professional organizational skills of qualified personnel in mechanical, electrical, and quality management;
10-2-5 suppliers should have the ability to understand design in CAD/TCA and make their own products;
10-2-6 Suppliers must have the ability to independently complete projects and submit detailed plans for product manufacturing and ordering during bidding;
10-2-7 should have a detailed organizational and operational plan related to the execution of the overall plan. And the documents required by the template in Volume 1 of the bidding documents.
02:10-1 The bidder or the bidder"s manufacturer must have work experience related to automated production line robots with a total contract amount of RMB 1 million or equivalent in foreign currency within the past 3 years (July 2022 to July 2025).
