Qualifications or Performance:① Meet the requirements of Item 2 "Qualified Bidders" in Chapter 1 "Instructions to Bidders" of the "International Tendering Standards for Mechanical and Electrical Products Bidding Documents" (Volume 1).
② The bidder or the manufacturer of the equipment represented by the bidder shall obtain international or regional quality system certification (providing ISO9001 certification), and have good technical level and business performance in the field. When the bidder is an agent, it must obtain authorization from the manufacturer for this project.
③ The bidder has a professional after-sales service team in China, with corresponding after-sales service institutions and maintenance capabilities for the equipment; Capable of providing 24-hour service response and on-site service within 48 hours, a commitment must be provided in accordance with the format of 6.3 "After sales Service Commitment Letter".
④ The bidder or the manufacturer of the equipment represented by the bidder shall be included in the Euro NCAP supplier list (as of the date of bid opening) https://www.euroncap.com/en The results of the query shall prevail.
⑤ The bidder has sold at least 2 sets of such equipment within China, and the equipment that has been put into use is in normal operation. A performance list should be provided in accordance with the format of 6.4 "Bidder Performance Table".
⑥ Bidders should have dedicated equipment after-sales service personnel in China, and provide relevant information such as address, telephone number, number of service personnel, and contact person. Relevant information should be provided in accordance with the format of 6.3 "After sales Service Commitment Letter".
⑦ If the bidder and the equipment provided by the bidder are involved in any legal proceedings, they shall not cause any impact or loss to the tenderer"s use of the equipment, and shall make a commitment in accordance with the format of 6.3 "After sales Service Commitment Letter".
