Overview:Moyu Zhongtai Textile Co., Ltd. in the south of No. 2 Road, Moyu County Modern Agricultural Industrial Park, Hotan District, west of the land of Moyu County Secondary Vocational and Technical School, a new 300,000 spindle spinning project, this project uses pure cotton, viscose and polyester as raw materials to produce tight spinning 18.2tex (32S), 14.6tex (40S) pure cotton, cotton-polyester blended tight spinning yarn and OE C36.4tex (16S) pure cotton airflow spinning yarn is the mainstay, and after the implementation of the project, a production scale of 300,000 spindles will be formed, with an annual production of 57,000 tons of various yarns.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1The Tenderee is a legal person or other organization that responds to the bidding, has purchased the bidding documents from the Tenderee or the bidding agency, and participates in the bidding competition. Any legal person or other organization from the People"s Republic of China or a country or region with normal trade with the People"s Republic of China can bid;
3.2If the Tenderee is an agent, he must provide the original authorization letter issued by the equipment manufacturer, or the original authorization letter of the manufacturer"s domestic wholly-owned subsidiary, or the original authorization letter of the regional agent (or general distributor, etc.) authorized by the manufacturer;
3.3A manufacturer can only entrust one agent to participate in the bidding for the same brand and model of equipment;
3.4Not in a state of property being taken over, frozen, or bankrupt;
3.5With a single contract amount of more than 20 million yuan sold in the People"s Republic of China in the past 5 years (from August 1, 2020 to the bidding deadline, subject to the time of contract signing), the performance certification materials need to provide scanned copies of the contract (including at least the contract cover page, supply scope, supply quantity, contract amount, contract signing time, and the seal and signature page of both parties) and other materials;
3.6The Tenderee shall provide the original or a copy of the credit certificate issued by its bank within three months before the bid opening date (if the credit certificate clearly states that the copy is invalid, the original copy of the credit certificate must be provided, and the bidding agency reserves the right to review the original).
